From the moment Christian looked at us—seeing the empathy in his eyes—I knew this was the right place to bring my baby. My son passed away in the hospital; I delivered him at 21 weeks and 3 days of gestation. I felt as though my world and my life were dying along with him. Christian made me feel his love and care for both me and my husband from the moment he greeted us. I could see the same pain I was feeling reflected in his face and eyes, and that brought me comfort. He wasn't just there to do a job; he truly cared about our pain and even checked to see if we had eaten. This place was the best choice and provided the best possible experience. Thank you so much for the care and help; there is no doubt that God put Christian on my path, because thanks to him, this horrible experience became a source of support and help rather than something else entirely. Went in to arrange brother's cremation the same morning he died. I was treated very well from the time I went in the door. Sean took responsibility for the arrangements and was very clear and knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

We spoke with Sophia the entire time and she was wonderful to deal with. Rather it was in person or over the phone she did everything we asked. I had to leave out of town on another emergency and she stayed in contact with me when needed. I would definitely refer her to anyone else in a awful situation.She was helpful and answered any questions we had. Thank you again!

Matthew was amazing to my family and I, this process was something i wasn’t ready to experience but once I connected with Matthew he made the process smooth for me. I found so much peace as i walked a walk to lay my dad to rest. I knew what to expect and how much from the beginning. I wasn’t pressured into doing things that I knew i didn’t want. I was very sure on what I wanted it for my dad as far as burial and cremation, and I was heard completely. I was also made aware of the time that my dad was going to be cremated. I was not in the dark during this process and anytime I reached out to Matthew. He responded in a timely matter. I really appreciate him taking his time with me and And even allowing my brother and I to have as much time as we needed it with my dad‘s ashes.
