We already knew we wanted a home inspection before closing on our new build, but we’re so glad our real estate agent referred us to Gordy. He is hands down one of the best professionals we’ve worked with throughout this entire process.

Gordy is highly qualified, experienced, and exceptionally professional. Ask about his professional certifications, etc. We were very impressed. Also, he was prompt and very thorough in inspecting two properties we were interested in. We bought one of them as our happy, forever house based on his inspections. Gordy provided us his written report very quickly and it is comprehensive. This is our third time using his services!
