Gordy is highly qualified, experienced, and exceptionally professional. Ask about his professional certifications, etc. We were very impressed. Also, he was prompt and very thorough in inspecting two properties we were interested in. We bought one of them as our happy, forever house based on his inspections. Gordy provided us his written report very quickly and it is comprehensive. This is our third time using his services!

I had Gordy from Advanced Home Inspections perform two inspections on different properties. Both reports were easy to understand and really like the ability to create a checklist for those items that needed attention. He was beyond thorough and provided both reports the day after the inspection. He also called to discuss and let me know he would be available to answer any questions along the way! The price was more than fair for all the work involved, would recommend him for anyone needing a home inspection!

Advance Home Inspection is one of my go to home inspectors that I refer frequently for my clients (I'm a realtor). Even in my own home! Gordy is not just any home inspector, he used to work in construction so he knows what he is talking about.
