This is the only choice for your cooling and heating needs. Sylvano has the best prices in town. And him and his crew are courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything he was doing, and didn’t try to upsell me in the middle of the job, like all of the other companies do. You will be glad you called them.
Great company. Silvano is the owner/technician who came out. He was very prompt in getting here, knowledgeable and friendly. I was certain he would tell me, I need a new Hvac unit. Last year I had to replace the smaller Hvac unit.
I already had an estimate from another company and that's what they told me, I need a new unit. (They also gave me a price for a new unit and installation. $14,500.00)
But after Silvano inspected it, he said he could repair it and it will likely last another 2 to 3 years, it's not leaking freon. He also gave me a price for a new unit and installation. The very same unit the first company recommended would only cost $9000.00! Advanced...read full review
