A Las Vegas JACKPOT! After dealing with TV ad guys, the billboard guys, and anyone other than action I found the best. I went from " you need a new unit" to a " we can fix this". Always on time, no canceled appointments, friendly service personnel. They will explain in detail the status of your heating and air. They even change your filters as an added bonus. Over the past few years in Vegas, we have had several different service people from Action. All are fantastic. If you lucky you will get Nick, but do not despair all their people are great. Excellent, honest company. My technician Nick and Eddie arrived on time. Had a complete install. Nick kept me well informed every step of the way. The install wasn't easy, yet Nick and Eddie worked side by side and remained calm and professional throughout the whole process. Very satisfied with the results of my new unit! Thank you Nick, Eddie and Action Air! Also Nick called to check that all was working efficiently. Now that's Service!

After a wrong diagnostics action air came to my rescue. Did another diagnostic check and found that the first one was totally wrong. After 4 days with no air they got it up and running the same day of the diagnostics. Nick and Eddie are truly my heroes. They definitely put the customers first.
