Totally professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Patrick did an amazing job of redirecting pipes. He was considerate of my furniture and me, cleaned up before leaving. I am recommending Ace to everyone I know.
I have dealt with projects on plumbing and electrical with this company. I have had questions answered by their HVAC guy. Everyone has been professional and up front with quality work and fair pricing. All of the work was done to my complete satisfaction. They have been around a long time for a reason but I'd never heard of them until they were recommended by another company I do business with. Highly recommended.
Chris the manager is extremely communicative and friendly. If there was any problems he made sure you were taken care of and felt taken care of. The A/C technicians that were sent, Alonzo and Sam, were great guys. Alonzo was especially knowledgeable and quite proud of his work. They got the work done and they even came back when I had some concerns about the systems, to make sure I felt taken care. Not being a native that grew up in Vegas, I had some bad experience with different repair companies and didn't know which ones to trust. this is the best experience I had so far with any repair company in Las Vegas.
