Tricksters and insurance fraudsters! They pulled a slick one on my elderly mother and told her that deep cleaning wasn't covered by her insurance then found out it was covered then went onto say she is required to pay for fluoride treatment or they can't do deep cleaning for an up charge that insurance doesn't cover. They will find anything to charge you for now she gets a bill in the mail saying she owes $350 is this a joke? Avoid this place at all costs consider this a warning. As for this location, they are investigation atm for insurance fraud so I can't disclose much more.

This is a terrible terrible place! I saw all the negative reviews but it just happens to be close to my house. I didn't like the staffs attitude when I went there for a cleaning, so I told them not to make any follow up appointments. Now I recieved a letter in the mail for a missed appointment even though I specifically told them not to make one! They want $50 now these people are terrible.

Run as far and as fast away as you can! Do not go here. They should change their name to "Absolutely Incompetent!" The number of mistake appointments. Just unaccetable. Don't waste your time, money or sanity with this place.

I use the absolute dental kids, which is great. But the orthodontist side is not for me. I got there at 1:45 for a 2 appt. I was finally acknowledged at 2:23. Apparently, more people than seats get booked up for a time slot. Also, the dental and orthodontist are not on the same page as far as what work needs done. Frustrated that the dentist is concerned to go to the orthodontist, but he isn't interested in fixing the problem now that the dentist sees urgent. Thought because sister company's with a door to both would communicate, but they DON'T!!!

it's been 12 days since my teeth were extracted... horrendous pain.. worst experience of my life not healed and bone is exposed...should have had stitches so when they inserted my dentures it pushed the gum upward where it stays... now I have to have an appointment with the oral surgeon to fix it!! unable to wear my dentures. unbelievable!!! no rating

The most awful front desk staff . If you can tolerate them the dentist are not bad Example they call me say I have to come 2 hr earlier than my appointment. So I did . Now I been sitting here for 90 minutes It’s just crazy . I messaged it with texts attached

Be careful, in that Clinic they do not completely verify the ID and a false user impersonated me, they accepted and attended to it, now I am receiving the invoice for a dental service that I never received, I am also based in another state and when I called to clarify the invoice because I am not affiliated with them, the person who helped me was ironic. Without solution. Careful.

Received a letter stating that my son insurance didn't go through and that he would have to pay $823 before a certain day. I have updated his insurance 7 times within the office that we technically use I tried to call the number on the statement they don't answer and when they do answer they don't return calls. Very upsetting

Actually opens way earlier ... I guess. Had an 8 o clocc appointment. Staff was late and by the time we were signed in they took atleast 4 patients and still did not communicate why we were waiting another hour atleast . I'm glad I came for a cleaning and nothing more serious because I would have been highly irritated. Worst visit ever. Will make sure to check the ratings and location before scheduling another appointment.
