I have to say, as someone who has lived here since 96 and a homeowner since, i have had SEVERAL A/C companies do work and A/C replacements for me. NEVER again will i call someone other than Lance with ABSOLUTE AIR! He is honest, does great work, fast response, AND very reasonable. In fact he charged way less than anyone i’ve come in contact with. Try him out and see for yourself! Nothing worse than companies either intentionally charging more OR a company that has to charge more due to having loads of debt with their company. 5 Stars — Lance is the definition of honest service
I called about an issue with my AC unit and Lance was able to come out on a Sunday, which already set the tone for the kind of service he provides. After diagnosing the unit, he found a piece of foam that had gotten lodged in the blower fan, removed it, and had things running again in no time.
What really stood out was what came next. Lance told me he couldn’t charge me for something that minor. In an industry where it would have been easy to point to a “faulty blower fan” or some other mechanical issue and hand over a hefty bill, he chose honesty instead.

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible the service was from Lance. Our AC died died just before the summer and man did we get the run around for the warranty work. Lance did everything he could before I getting me involved. Unfortunately the warranty never got honored but Lance still got us to the finish line with a new AC unit at an incredible price with a new warranty to help me sleep.
Lance went above and beyond time after time. I won’t be going with anyone else after what I just experienced during this replacement process.
