My husband and I have our first baby on the way and definitely wanted to freshen up our carpets and our one area rug. Brian was the one that came to do our cleaning and did a great job. For our area rug, our little yorkie that we unfortunately had to say goodbye to about 2 months ago, definitely left his mark on our big area rug. Brian took it to his shop and was able to get everything out. I greatly appreciated this company going the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We just bought a new house and needed my tile cleaned and sealed (builders didn't seal it). Vicki was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind! She gave us the best rate on our ~1400 sq ft tile and guaranteed the rate was locked in (total would vary based on actual sq ft) and worked with our schedule. Ernesto came out a few days later (measured the sq footage and gave us a accurate estimate, but guaranteed that our rate was locked with what Vickie quoted us). Ernesto did a FANTASTIC job, he even helped us move our couch, answered all our new homebuyer questions and gave us tips on maintenance. We just purchased a new home, and didn't realize that we should clean the floor professionally until couple days before move-in date. We called around to get quotes. 24/7 carpet & floor care was the third place we called, and it didn't take long to decide who to go with. They gave affordable price, and suggested a schedule that worked for us. The receptionist Vickie was very good. She knew that I needed the job done quickly. She asked if they could come out the next day for an exact estimate, and if I like the price, they can start the job right there and then. The next day, Ernesto came out to our house.
