They explain what the problems are and what needs to be done, along with estimated costs. The plumbers are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very neat and tidy. The office staff goes out of their way to keep customers updated on service techs' ETAs. They are reasonably priced and have a family owned plumbing company approach that treats customers like family. They offer expert plumber services, especially for drain repair and sewer issues. Customers use them for all plumbing needs for both rental and personal properties. They are the best sewer and drain company in Las Vegas, highly recommended for any type of plumbing problem or plumbing updates.
I recently had Cassaro Plumbing out to handle a leak in my shower, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service.
A huge thank you to Beth Roberts in the office—she is an absolute star! She went above and beyond to help with scheduling and was incredibly proactive in mitigating any issues that popped up. Her communication made the entire process seamless.
As for the technical work, Devon is a massive asset to their team. He is thorough, possesses incredible attention to detail, and works meticulously to ensure everything is fixed correctly. It’s rare to find that level of craftsmanship.

We have had multiple problems that AA Cassaro Plumbing has taken care of for us. We bought this older home 3 years ago and there were several problems we needed taken care of several different times. They were on time, friendly but very professional and explained what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix them, along with estimated cost. They knew we were seniors and went out of their way to send a tech to us very quickly. I would recommend them for any type of plumbing problem, or plumbing updates as it were, as they are reasonably priced, always on-time and very professional..
