Jaw dropping. They were able to schedule me for same day service. They arrived an hour early. They determined it was a fan motor component. They carried the part in their truck. They replaced it rather than the entire motor. They were done 3 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and.....wait for it.....the charge was reasonable for two mechanics for an hour along with a trip charge. This experience varies greatly from a past (more unpleasant) experience with one of their competitors.

Had Technician Gerardo come to our office to change light bulbs and check ballast. He is one of my favorite Technicians and request him when possible. He is very professional, kind, and answers all my questions. You have a great employee!

I highly recommend Donavan at A1 Mechanical for his outstanding service! He took great care of me, was incredibly fast, and very responsive. He even came in on his day off to fix my cooling system. Donavan is not only nice and personable but also extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations and had the system fixed in no time.
