He initially came to assess the project but was so prepared that he completed the repair in less than two hours. He even upgraded the hardware to prevent future deterioration, which we really appreciated. Lance is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and fair in his pricing. Can you add five stars lifesaver to his name? I am a realtor here in Las Vegas and Lance has come to the rescue an innumerable amount of times for me. Whether it's installing a breaker for a seller minutes before a home inspection - to reviewing reports - getting repairs done for a new home owner, getting quotes on projects and.. oh.. all my clients absolutely adore him.
