Needed a leak fixed in our irrigation system, Jose took my call and promptly set up an appointment, came out exactly when he said and gave me a very reasonable quote after seeing the problem. His crew got right to work, fixed the leak, checked the system, it was fast, easy and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to more business with Jose and his company as the need arises.

Not only do these guys insist on the most illogical times to use the blowers but they, also consistently, perform the most disruptive tasks during business hours and the employees choose to harass my customers at the same time as they are disrupting thier experience with my business. Worst contractors I have ever worked with. Don't use them unless you want to alienate your customer base in a shrinking economy.

Ever think you could find a good landscaping company in Las Vegas? I certainly didn't until I connected with 5 Stars. I could not ask for a better company. Prompt. Professional. Fairly priced. I loved these guys. Jose always keeps you posted when you hire him. I have always felt he is proud of his company and wants to keep it that way. I highly recommend him and his company and if you choose him you will not be disappointed.

Initially, the process of services began well after about two months. I started noticing issues where they were come to clean up my desert landscaping which it wasn’t a lot of work. It was very minimal work simple things like pulling weeds, trimming the small trees, and any trash or blow any leaves very simple work $65 a month, which is the price that he gave me when he initially started the service Jose Lucero. Then about June I advised jose via text that this had continuously happened sent him. Pictures told him what happened and said he would come back spray the weeds and didn’t get rid of them he said OK he would return, his team did not return until july my next appointment time. After this appointment he asked me to provide payment, now I’m immediately confused, as no one returned to complete the Incomplete service they did the month before I reminded him of the Incomplete service and the conversation we had following. I immediately knew he was upset he became verbally catty via as I’m attempting to explain the facts on the situation he became very sassy eventually ending the conversation saying it’s fine and I thought we moved forward. August I asked him to bypass me Jose acknowledged my text and agreed my neighbor voluntarily assisted me in my clean up of the yard for august. Now here we are September I reached out to Jose on 3 asking will he be coming by and what day he reply well how much do you think you should be paying now I am really perplexed as the price of the service from the star was $65 and every month after was going to be the price as I only get monthly service because I have landscaping there’s only rocks and I don’t even go outside. It takes a leaf blower and some hand picking up of 232 or three items for me to have my yard cleaned. It’s not much. Needless to say I was extremely confused by his question I said well the last time you said it was $65 the man responded to me in the most unprofessional response, I would say if anyone is to do business with this person, or this company, be prepared to be disrespected, or don’t do business with them. They are very unprofessional, and not really good at what they do to be honest. Will not and do not recommendService: Yard landscaping
