I am so grateful for this team of medical professionals. I normally see Ozawa but on occasion when she is out I’ve seen others, the support staff runs like a well oiled machine, I call and within 24 hrs mostly and at most 48 hrs my issue is addressed and resolved. I respect them and appreciate them so much! It took me 3 years to find them, I am not going anywhere, my insurance will change if I can’t see them.
Everyone has always been wonderful. As a senior, they are always patient, kind, and good listeners when I'm there. No complaints from me. Those who gave low ratings, you have a choice to go somewhere else that will meet your needs. Stop complaining about this wonderful group!
