I love working out at this gym because I feel it's one of the few gyms where everyone is welcome. What makes this gym from other gyms is even middle aged people and seniors are welcome. Most big corporate gyms like EOS and 14 hour fitness are helpful to people who are in their 20s and 30s. I am 52 and i tried working out with an EOS trainer. He seemed very frustrated that i couldn't do lunges. I ended my personal training contract with EOS because it was not providing the training that i needled. More than a gym. It’s a family. The community that Tony and his staff have put together are genuinely into your heath success.They all practice what they preach and they operate at a level above. Which when you tap into the system you see real benefits to your health and mindset. I know that the physical aspect has made a difference in my state of mind.Thanks guys for all the support.

My physical health and mental health have improved in the 4+ years that I have been attending group classes at this gym. There’s also plenty of variety in the classes so that the classes don’t end up feeling stale over time.It's an amazing place.
