Awesome workout program and facility. Thanks to Sam for helping make sure we were setup before class began. Equipment and the space is in good shape. Also convenient they have 2 full bathrooms in the back.

Just wrapped up my 10th class at F45 Training Henderson, and I’m officially hooked. The workouts are fast-paced, challenging, and never boring. Every class feels purposeful. You walk in knowing you’re going to get a solid, full-body burn in under an hour.

Erin is an excellent coach 👏 he's why I joined 😀 the owner needs to know if he leaves f45 many people will follow him. He's a keeper and should be acknowledged for how great he is. I really appreciate all of the help he gives me when at his class! Thanks again Aaron!
