After working out at other boot camps and gyms in the area I’m so happy we found F45 Henderson! Ryan, the guy behind it all is super cool. The coaches here are excellent! Head Coach Aaron cares a lot about helping members achieve their fitness goals and keeping things fun. Coach Eliis and Coach Nyna are extremely sweet and knowledgeable, coach Alexis, is super up beat and encouraging, Coach Carissa and Coach Felix are pure motivation at all times. With coaches like these I would never even think about looking any further than this place!
F45 is the best place to invest in your health.Great team with lots of experience, coaches always available for advice , continuously monitoring the way we train and make needed modifications to avoid any injuries.when i started I thought that I will quit in first week . it's been months now, and I am only getting more excited to train more, especially after seeing great changes in my physique and fitness.Highly recommendThank you F45 team
