“The spa and experience was really nice, much nicer than the South Point spa. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the automatic gratuity was only for the massage therapists and not the lady who did our pedicures. It feels like they're purposely cutting her out and she did a great job and should get her hair share of the included tip. We tipped separately but I imagine she gets shorted often. I also wish there were more chairs in the pool area, there was only 4 or 5 and all of them were in use when I went so I had nowhere to set my stuff and wasn't able to use them.“
