“I had my first facial with Jilan yesterday and it was a lovely experience. I booked the new client consultation where Jilan took the time to go through my entire skincare routine. It also included an indepth facial scan so she could build an entirely custom facial for me. Following the consult (which lasted at least 45 minutes), was a facial for another 45ish minutes. Her treatment room is nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. She gently explained each product and reason why she chose to include it in my treatment. My skin felt really hydrated and fresh afterwards, and the next morning felt and looked brighter. I noticed some areas that I usually have some redness looked calmer than usual. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Jilan and seeing how much more improvement can be made.“
