She is extremely personable and will take time to explain the benefits of each step of the facial. I have been to her a few times and I see quick results from each facial she provides! I had my deep pore facial cleansing done here and I am beyond happy with Bertha and her service! She is very sweet and friendly. You will feel comfortable and well taken care of when you come here. Her prices are affordable and great for the service you're getting. She goes above and beyond to give you the best service possible and to make you feel and look great. She's the best at what she does and you won't regret coming here for your facial! She's NOT like other places that charge a lot, do little work, put face masks on you, and call it a day.
