Beautiful lounge with kind employees but I left without reaching my goals. I was looking to lighten my hair with highlights but the first time it came out SO subtle. During the visit, the client next to us refused to mask (it was when it was still mandatory) and admitted to being sick that day but her stylist kept her rather than rescheduling. My stylist was kind to offer a redo on my hair but, unfortunately, came down with COVID. Once back, my stylist added lowlights to bring out the highlights but after it was done a second time, it turned out darker than my natural color. I paid a lot of money to have it lighter. I saw Lotus for a haircut and she was awesome! Very friendly and listened to what I wanted and went over it again to make sure we were on the same page...and the results were great! WIll definitely be back for my next hair cut with LotusService: Haircut

I came in frantic because I had gotten the worst hair cut of my life. I'm not being dramatic. It was uneven and chopped so crooked. Somehow Priscilla fixed the cut and color and it looks amazing. I could not recommend her more. She is also an amazing human being aside from being an all star hairstylist.
