Terrible experience with Groupon purchase. All amenities are closed for renovations.We will be filling a complaint with better business bureau. Unable to file for refund and unaware of all additional service fees.
I liked this spa, kind of a bonus that there’s not many people here. Yes the spa facilities are closed down but they’re up front in letting you know that. The massage was great.
My friend and I had a girls day and decided to go to Ravella since the deal on Groupon was too good to pass up. They were upfront about the spa amenities being closed but said we could use the pool. We were charged a service fee right then which was about $30. I asked if i could pay that after when I pay for the tip. She explained that was the tip. We went out to the pool but when we tried to go back inside the door was locked. We were really confused on how to get back inside so we went through the hotel (it's a separate building).
