This company is phenomenal. I don’t bother to post reviews all that often but these folks went above and beyond to exceed expectations. The quality of the design and the craftsmanship of all of the people who work at R and D is just amazing. We could not be happier with the work they did for us in our new home. Thank you so much to Cindy, Chris and Ricardo.

WOWZA such a PLEASANT experience from the day I walked in to look around and do some fact finding to the day of installation ~ Chris was sooooo accommodating bringing by samples for color comparisons, staying in contact via text (which I preferred) and not pressuring us as we had to work around pre planned vacations & painting. Our beams look INFLIPPIN INCREDIBLE!!!!' As I knew they would, my husband wasn't so sure~ ALAS he has finally agreed that add a very nice decorator touch to our great room. I had heard that ROD was the most expensive place in town..... not based on the research I did. Their showroom is quite impressive, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & follow through ~ and the installation company QPI? (I think) the owner Richard & his assistant, Jose were also a JOY to work with! Not sure I need any other of their services , however wouldn't hesitate to use ROD again or refer them to anyone for similar work!
