Battle Arms Development, Inc. has received mixed reviews from customers. One customer had a disappointing experience with a new design ambidextrous safety selector, which broke twice after use. Although the company initially offered to replace the broken lever, the customer didn't receive a response to their follow-up inquiry. On the other hand, another customer had an excellent experience with the company, praising their products as "Mil-spec 2.0" and "an improvement to the AR-15 platform." They also commended their "superb customer service" and "shipping." A third customer had a positive experience with the company's customer service, as they promptly sent replacement set screws for a used safety selector.
I had recently purchased two of their enhanced complete lower parts kit, from one of their suppliers. I was missing the bolt catch in both kits. I emailed Battle Arms, with who I had bought the items from. They sent me the parts and I had them within 5 days. Great business practice. I will definitely do more business with them.
Exceptional Service is an understatement! Everyone that assisted me was great from Craig to Doc. They ensured my issue was resolved with care and literally a 1 day turnaround. They even connected with my local dealer to have BattleArms products sold at the store. We need more organizations like this!
Mark was exceptional to talk with and very knowledgeable. I've never shot one, but these weapons but these seem to be built very well, especially if weight is an issue.
