Battle Arms Development, Inc. has received mixed reviews from customers. One customer had a disappointing experience with a new design ambidextrous safety selector, which broke twice after use. Although the company initially offered to replace the broken lever, the customer didn't receive a response to their follow-up inquiry. On the other hand, another customer had an excellent experience with the company, praising their products as "Mil-spec 2.0" and "an improvement to the AR-15 platform." They also commended their "superb customer service" and "shipping." A third customer had a positive experience with the company's customer service, as they promptly sent replacement set screws for a used safety selector.
Mark was exceptional to talk with and very knowledgeable. I've never shot one, but these weapons but these seem to be built very well, especially if weight is an issue.

The only thing Battle Arms does besides for their top of the line firearms is customer service. I purchased their oip rifle and had some issues. I sent it to them and they paid for all postage and recorded all gun range service. I have never had any issues since. If you trust someone trust Battle Arms. They are the best in the business.
