For what I received it was really good massage but for what I asked for it wasn't.
For a Spa level massage this would be my go to as it is convenient and the massage is relaxing but I was looking for Myofascial massage specifically and it definitely wasnt that but YMMV.

absolutely delivered.
This was not your typical Massage Envy or Elements-type massage. It was very
targeted and specific to what my body actually needed, including trigger-point work and
joint movement to help release tension. It was intense at times, but in the best possible
way. I truly felt like I got every penny’s worth.
Another nice surprise: I was told there is no additional fee for paying by credit
card—they absorb that cost.
Excellent massage, excellent value, and absolutely moNet well spent.
