Since 2019, I have been seen by the friendly and professional staff here. Always greeted with a smile. My Doctor is informative, highly detailed and in my case patient as well. PA Warren Guinn 5 stars!! Very happy to be here today writing this letter of gratitude.
I arrived at 730 this morning, and was greeted kindly by front office staff. We were called promptly after 8 for my twins to have Xrays. My first son was called back as I explained to the tech they both had autism, and at times elope. After feeling comfortable I went back to the waiting room with my other twin. As Twin A came back the tech felt the need to announce to the lobby, "sorry it's taking so long, I have to deal with these kids". Well sir the only inconvenience was your attitude with whatever wrong side of the bed you woke up on. As you may not have been thinking, I found it pretty insulting. Love PA Guinn. Have followed him for years. Will continue to. He is the best hands down. My husband who hates everybody ESPECIALLY doctors loves and greatly respects him. That is not an easy task.
