“My wife introduced me to Pilates and I love it. She has been going here for years. It's not easy but with Clare she takes very special care when your just getting started. I love the fact that she is so well versed and educated on how our bones, muscles, and joints function and interact . I have an ACL knee issue and she has been very pro active during each class as she focuses on making it stronger. We really enjoy the " semi-private " lessons package. It allows us to excercise at our pace and focuses on what we need to improve. Thank you.“

As a 33 year old doing this for the first time It wasn't easy at all but my trainer Tracy made me feel comfortable and not ashamed. Kept going and it's actually getting easier and easier for me !
