My wife introduced me to Pilates and I love it. She has been going here for years. It's not easy but with Clare she takes very special care when your just getting started. I love the fact that she is so well versed and educated on how our bones, muscles, and joints function and interact . I have an ACL knee issue and she has been very pro active during each class as she focuses on making it stronger. We really enjoy the " semi-private " lessons package. It allows us to excercise at our pace and focuses on what we need to improve. Thank you.

Best pilates instruction i have ever had from lazelle. Studio is immaculate and has a great variety of equipment to challenge you. Lazelle has amazing knowledge of anatomy and has helped me progress in pursuit of better balance and muscle strength

finally - a real, really great and challenging Pilates place! so glad i finally checked this place out. Went to a Cadillac Class today with Genae and both the class and instructor were great. Definitely a more athletic style than Classical, which i prefer. i wish they had an i limited equipment option, I'd leave the "club" i joined in a heartbeat ;)
