Alan helped me with a shoulder injury. Not only did I leave feeling much better than when I came in, but with exercises and advice on how to keep up with my shoulder health as an athlete. I have a history of shoulder issues and surgeries, so I have been in and out my fair share of PT practices. You can tell he both enjoys what he does along with sharing it and teaching others.

The space was clean, organized and well-kept. Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable and kind!

'm very happy with my progress! It's great to be able to pick items up from the floor, sit down and get up without pain, balance is better and so is my posture. I'm doing all exercises at home ... I'm convinced it makes a big difference.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Terra and Gene have helped me a lot and they are great. This is my second time having to do therapy but my first with Optimal. I am very satisfied with the services I have received thus far. If you need therapy or have been told to do therapy. I recommend Optimal it’s a Good Experience with exceptional staff.
