“From before you get here, Jamie at the front desk is so nice getting you set up with an appointment and sending over the new patient forms. When you get here, checking in easy. I wish I knew all the tech’s names, because every one is so nice and eager to help you through your workouts and treatments. Just to name a few, Pete, Matt, Ayah. Dr. Mike and Dr. Jason are so knowledgeable and looking out for your best interest and health. It’s like a family here - you aren’t just treated as a patient, but a friend that’s coming to get healing workouts and treatments for an hour until you see them again. Physical therapy can be hard and difficult, but they make it enjoyable and so you want to do your workouts. I couldn’t recommend Elevation PT enough :)“

“I went to the Cheyenne Location. I am so greatful to have gone to this physical Therapy facility. Physical Therapists are healers and counselors. I was blessed to have worked through my PT with the professional expertise of CJ, Martin, Tonya, Zak and Russell. They listened to me and made a program for my specific needs. They were very compassionate and encouraging. I arrived with pain in my back I had over a year. With their care I am living pain free. I do continue to do the exercise plan they gave me. The entire staff from the front desk to all the therapists were terrific. Everyone was so positive and helpful during my time there. I met other patients that received similar results.“

“Amazing! I've had issues with my neck for years and in one 90 minute session he was able to correct the issue and I can finally sleep on a pillow for the first time in 2 years. I went back for another 90 minutes session to correct my lower body, I have had issues with my hips and my knees due to the way I walk. He corrected that issue as well. He is great at what he does and he always let's you know what he is doing and why he is doing it. Everything he does is pain free and it was an overall great experience. In my opinion, this is the clinic with team members who deliver the highest quality of care and the main focus is the patient.I'm very much aware of their team's effort in delivering care because my husband and I were previous patients in this clinic.Team leader , Chris is a doctor of Physical therapy is outstanding in his expertise in doing history taking, physical assessment , provided plan of care, and at the same time ,managed and priorities the daily activities of the clinic. He is a true leader because he supervised, advised and guided the employees under him .These are Physical Therapist Assistants and Medical Assistants. He also influenced the actions of others toward accomplishing goals setting .He inspired employees/patients and created an environment where employees feel valued and fulfilled.Audrey, a hardworking and compassionate Physical Therapist has a good bedside manner. She explained, demonstrated and guided in the delivery of exercises' techniques to the patient. She is detailed oriented and gave 100% attention, offered advices in patients who needed her care. She empowered and gave hope to patients with physical illness and limitations .Lastly, she maintained very safe and clean working environment for the prevention of falls and accidents.Mia and Nick are both Physical Therapies Assistants who are valued by the team because of their great help the team. They are in charge of delivering some exercises and scheduling patients' appointments. Missy, a medical assistant in the front office is very accommodating , a good communicator, and always help patients in their questions and needs. She has a very positive attitude and always smiles.Bri, is also a part time Physical Therapist is also amazing and industrious employee.
