Genesis Medical Group is a reliable healthcare provider with a good staff and on-staff doctors. Patients appreciate the ease of getting appointments and the caring attitude of the medical team. While some issues with billing and wait times exist, the office has a loyal patient base with many positive experiences. The facility could benefit from some refurbishment, but overall, Genesis Medical Group provides quality care and a supportive environment. The staff is friendly, though they may be short-staffed at times, making it difficult to get through or receive return calls. Patients have been impressed with the doctor, Trevor, who listens to their concerns, runs appropriate testing, and provides thorough examinations. He is described as knowledgeable, kind, and able to address issues that other doctors have overlooked. The in-house testing options also make the experience more convenient for patients.
I have been a patient here for over 8 years. The staff is good, I never have an issue getting an appointment, and the on-staff doctors are great! The doctors spend quality time with me, explaining my medications and speaking to me clearly about my health. At this point, I have seen every doctor in the facility and every one of them have been amazing.
I have had my ups and downs here, been under their care since 2012 so I agree front office is rude and uncaring for the most part but today Supposedly Dr Singh told them to close early Holiday hours on phone say until 5 pm but Steven Gish PA he had them lock the doors early and my husband was There at 11:40 so I told them I'm reporting to Dr Singh she laughed and said ok it is providers choice and she told me the PA said come back tomorrow, way to go! Seriously sad and ridiculous these new PAs really suck but I love Liz and Dr Singh they are ruining your practice time for chamges in this office!
Went to make an appt, have not been there in about 18 months, they wouldn't make one for me because I am now considered a new patient and none of the Drs are accepting new patients. Going to pull my family out too and go to a new clinic.
