He did not try to sell me services that I did not need or try to talk me out of following my wife's wishes. I believe that he genuinely cared about helping me in my time of grief. He helped me to prepare a memorial video and other tributes. In short, his service was excellent. Other Palm staff were also helpful and respectful.“
