I was actually headed to the nail salon in the same plaza to get my brows waxed, but I missed my turn and ended up coming from the other direction so I caught the sign and decided to stop in. Immediately I was met with amazingly sweet girls, Maddie & Rae, who walked me through the company's perks and services. I never have scheduled a return brow waxing in my life - this time I did! 10/10
Excellent — 10/10 experience!
My brows were unfortunately botched by an out-of-state salon, with missing patches and hair growing in different directions. The woman at the front desk was incredibly thorough and made sure to document everything in the notes and inform my provider. She also recommended Keiosta, and I’m so glad she did.
Keiosta was absolutely amazing—so patient, attentive, and kind. She truly listened to my concerns, took her time, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.
