Not only is the shop clean but the staff are always accommodating to everyone's schedule- adjusting and attuning to last minute appointments, walk ins, or my favorite "I don't know what happened, it just broke" rescues.
My tech, Anjali, goes above and beyond not only with keeping my natural nails tended to consistently with dip but creating a friendly and welcoming place of business. Her diligence to walking out a happy customer doesn't go unnoticed even with other techs' clients.
For me, the price is standard for the service and consistency I get. If not this location, try their new 2nd location off Eastern and Patrick- Runway Nails.
