Customers appreciate the relaxing and therapeutic experience, noting the consistent and precise pressure, friendly staff, and orderly environment. Some reviewers have expressed frustration with certain policies and rules, such as restrictions on gifting massages and the inability to pause or stop sessions. Prices have increased over time, and some feel that the corporate structure prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Despite these concerns, many recommend dealing directly with the therapists for the best experience. Overall, while some have faced challenges with policies, the quality of massage services and professional staff make it a popular choice for relaxation and stress relief.
I’ve been coming here on and off for years and today was my first time booking with Tabitha. She was great! Everything from the pressure, massage strokes and attention to problem areas was excellent. With some of therapists you can really tell that they understand the anatomy and I could tell she really takes care and pride in what she does and I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
It was amazing. I had Tabytha and I did a 60 minute session relief. I walked in there feeling stiff and in lots and pain and she was able to find 5 knotts in my body and worked them out. The session was amazing and definitely would recommend you book with Tabytha if you need a deep tissue. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling refreshed and had an amazing nap 10/10 would recommend
I always receive the absolute best customer service as soon as I enter their atmosphere. I highly recommend Yovanni if you’re in need of a nice deep massage. She breaks the knots in my neck & back every time & finishes with a relaxing/soothing neck & head massage. Definitely recommend her!
