From the moment I was referred to A&R by American Home Shield, the customer service was phenomenal. They were willing to work with my schedule, and yet make it happen as soon as possible. Lowell has answered all my questions, helped me to understand the processes of using a home warranty program. He helped educate me about options from full replacement to what might be a parts list. He gave me pros and cons on each suggestion. I am so grateful and have learned a lot more about being a home owner.
As luck would have it, I had an A/C unit go out on a 105-degree day at 5:00 in the afternoon. Seeing various HAVC trucks driving around the area, I assumed I was not alone and it was going to be a hot couple of days before anyone was going to be able to get here.
I was referred to A & R Complete Service Corp by a friend and got someone on the phone that very afternoon. I was surprised to hear that they could have someone to the house the very next day.
Around noon, a very nice fellow named Carson showed up and assured me he would do his best to get the A/C up before the afternoon heat set in. That was an understatement!

Wow! Donnie is the best! He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. It’s hard to find skilled and honest technicians these days, so his professionalism really stood out.
He took the time to explain the issue and even showed me the damaged capacitor in a way that was easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me even more was how quickly he was able to replace the faulty part and get everything fixed within an hour!
