Great experience - no issues. We have AHS home warranty and when A&R was assigned to fix our broken furnace of course I went online and got nervous because of the low reviews. After our good experience, I really wanted to share to try to even things out a bit. Both techs we interacted with (Eddie & Dane) called when they were on their way and were competent, friendly and professional. We had to have them out twice because the heater stopped again 9 days after the first fix (not the fault of the tech) - both times the front office schedulers were polite and helpful and worked with our availability. The motor on the swamp cooler on our house seized. Home warranty sent out A&R Complete Service. I would highly recommend them. They promptly came out, diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. Parts arrived and they again promptly came out to install. Swamp cooler has never worked better. Thank you for your fast friendly service.

These guys put a brand new furnace and AC unit in my house. It's been a little over 2 years now and everythingis still running strong. And I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. No issues at all and they were so easy to work with. I always send my friends there info if looking for an honest and reliable company. Donnie is who we worked with. The cost was less expensive than 3 other companies I got quotes from.
