Shout out to the technician with being open and honest about the condition of my AC units. He was able to diagnose the issues I had while it was well over 100F. He gave me some tips and advice on how to keep my ac units going if the same issue happens again. He fixed my fan very quickly without issue. I will definitely be using A&R again. A&R has been dispatched to my home twice by our home warranty Old Republic to repair our AC and both times service and workmanship has been amazing. The other AC techs that the warranty company has sent out have been absolute trash. When I see the work order has been dispatched to A&R I can breathe a sigh of relief. I will never use a different HVAC company even after my warranty period ends. Donnie takes pride in his craft and takes the time to explain what the issue is, what needs to be done to correct it, and is patient with questions. Thank you very much Donnie, you rock sir!
Excellent service and response today. My A/C went out, 108 degrees today, mentioned I had an elderly sick dog, they showed up extremely fast. It was amazing how fast. The tech was very professional, and nice. The office staff - that scheduled me was the same. Thank you guys so much. Keep up the great work.
