I had a last minute urgent matter to handle for my business, 702 computer repair was open until 4pm and got me in by 3:15pm. We were able to solve all my issues regarding my laptop before close! I had been dealing with this issue since December and dealt with a few tech support companies prior… to no avail.5 star! Quick service and support. VERY FRUSTRATING dilemma feel so easy! Definitely will be back again for future needs.

I took my HP Laptop for Repair. Robert didn't charge me for the diagnosis which was a faulty motherboard. After I purchased a motherboard and took it to him, he gave me an estimate to replace it. He called me and told me that the motherboard I bought appeared to be bad and asked if I could bring my charger to him to make sure because it wasn't working with his charger. The motherboard turned out to be faulty. I decided not to try and find another one so I was going to pay him for his time to remove my old motherboard and install the new one but he told me that there was no charge because he didn't fix anything. Bob was extremely expeditious and professional in his work. He immediately diagnosed my laptop and reinstalled a new version of windows, saved and reinstalled all my files. The laptop works great! Thank you so much!!
