i took my gently used laptop in that my son had purchased via 3rd party without first checking if it worked properly (it didn’t). brought it in and he was able to restore it within a few hours for the most reasonable price ever. service was great, and my laptop works perfectly. highly highly recommend.

Today I visited the shop and spoke with Bob about repairing the trackpad flex cable on my 2015, 12-inch MacBook Air. He promptly opened the laptop and showed me that one of the pins in the trackpad socket was damaged. Instead of encouraging me to spend money on repairs, he honestly recommended that I consider purchasing a new, budget-friendly laptop.
