I had a motherboard that I need to update Bios on to upgrade my CPu and had never done it before, followed manufacturer's directions and my Motherboard locked up tried for hours and nothing, called and they said to drop it off. 48 hours later they fixed it and updated it to the newest Bios and only for a 1/4 of the price it woulda costed me to buy a newer but much more basic Motherboard. These guys are amazing and provide quality service for the price!
i took my gently used laptop in that my son had purchased via 3rd party without first checking if it worked properly (it didn’t). brought it in and he was able to restore it within a few hours for the most reasonable price ever. service was great, and my laptop works perfectly. highly highly recommend.
