Mani and the team were the best!
I originally brought in a full stack of parts along with my old PC to harvest the RAM and SSD for a custom build. Mani and team caught something I completely missed: Amazon had sent me a defective, previously returned motherboard (literally still had the return sticker on the box). I was so grateful they caught it before moving forward.
When my replacement part got delayed on Friday and we knew the build couldn't be finished before the weekend, I decided to take everything back home to try building it myself. A good friend of mine in the theater world, who’s also a doctor, recommended Vegas Micro to me. He’s been using them for years for his two businesses, so I figured that kind of trust says a lot.
I called and spoke with Mani about building a new home PC. He helped me pick everything out, built the system, and it runs beautifully. The price was very fair, especially compared to what I was seeing for store-bought computers, and I feel much better about the personal service.

Mani and Mark are a 5 star in my books. I have been an EMS and Vegas Micro customer for the past 20+ years. It doesn't seem to surprise me the great customer service they have carried I've experienced all these years with them.
