I called and spoke with Mani about building a new home PC. He helped me pick everything out, built the system, and it runs beautifully. The price was very fair, especially compared to what I was seeing for store-bought computers, and I feel much better about the personal service.

Mani and Mark are a 5 star in my books. I have been an EMS and Vegas Micro customer for the past 20+ years. It doesn't seem to surprise me the great customer service they have carried I've experienced all these years with them. If you're looking for great service, this is the place to go. The technician listened patiently to my problem, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the repair process.
