“When Gayle was a natural Red Head, her hair was her brand. Even now in our "Senior" years, she cares a great deal about its cut and styling. Me? I've had gray hair for years, which could be described as thin on top and a little wild on the side over time. Gayle has her hair done on a regular basis, while she looks at mine after 3-4 months and tells me that "it's time". My last hair cut before the Genoa Salon was in Cape Town South Africa, a few blocks down from our Air BnB. For 250 Rand (~$15 including tip), I received a nice cut, neck and arm massage, and my ear hair removed (via wax!). I'd never felt so relaxed after that experience! This time around (and ~3 months later), Shelly did a fine job getting my hair back in order. And upon inspection at home, Gayle thought it was one of the best haircuts I had ever received! With that high compliment, you'll most likely see me at the Genoa Salon around June.“

BRITTANY K. was my stylist and she did a thorough consultation with me explaining color-theory in a way I could ACTUALLY understand! She helped me articulate what I didn’t like about my current color and in doing so also helped me find what I was craving in a new color. Brittany’s technique and execution made my visit incredibly enjoyable and comfortable and I left feeling not only refreshed and IN LOVE with my blonde again, but with another appointment scheduled because there is no way I’m missing out when the time comes for Brittany to work her magic in the future.
