“Met the owner when I went to pick up my jacket and he was extremely kind and professional. I had brought in an old jacket my dad had found at one of his jobs and my dad had told me that there was a chance that some stuff might come off of my jacket so I shouldn't be surprised if something bad happened to it. I walked in said my name and Norm came up to me and very calmly explained to me that if I had bought the jacket from a retailer that I should get a refund because even though it said dry clean only it wasn't. The damage wasn't that bad, but Norm insisted that it's part of their company's motto to treat every piece of clothing like someone is about to wear it to a hot date. So he gave it back to me clean, and a little damaged as expected for free. The damage really wasn't that bad but he still gave me my jacket clean and free“
