“I took a custom jacket I bought as a Christmas present for my son in for cleaning and they recognized it needed extra care to ensure it was dry cleaned without harming an attached ornament. I appreciate the attention to detail they displayed in their recognition that the ornament needed to be removed prior to cleaning, and reattached after cleaning. Sure, it costs a little extra to do that, but that price is nothing compared to what i paid for that jacket and also the peace of mind in knowing his jacket will be returned dry cleaned and without damage from the cleaning process.
