Met the owner when I went to pick up my jacket and he was extremely kind and professional. I had brought in an old jacket my dad had found at one of his jobs and my dad had told me that there was a chance that some stuff might come off of my jacket so I shouldn't be surprised if something bad happened to it. I walked in said my name and Norm came up to me and very calmly explained to me that if I had bought the jacket from a retailer that I should get a refund because even though it said dry clean only it wasn't.
