Friendly and prompt service. Tech's were out to diagnose and repair the problem on the same day that I called. Professional and patient on the initial phone call. Having some experience with pool and spa heaters, I had some background to try to diagnose myself but hit a dead end and thought it probably was a faulty circuit board. It turned out to be a somewhat hidden problem that was kinda difficult to find. They showed me how to rectify the problem if it happens again, gave us some good maintenance advise and did not try to nickle and dime for things that were not needed. Honest service personnel. Carson Valley Heating just “saved my life.” I foolishly thought I could trim a piece of sheet metal my husband had already cut & “distressed” for my art project. I ruined it!I tried calling Lowe’s & Home Depot to see if they could cut sheet metal? Nope; only glass & wood. Then a friend suggested I “go see the guys at CV Heating.”I called them and explained my “May Day” situation. Instead of going to lunch, he told me to bring my project over. He expertly cut off my horrible snipping, and made my husband’s metal work look great again!
