Travis & Sons Plumbing was the most honest, hard working, and easy to talk to team i have ever worked with. They really understood the situation i was in and helped get all of my plumbing needs taken care of. It turned into a major sewer and drain job, with almost the whole sewer line in my house needing to be repiped, but they handled it with real care and skill. Even when they found that more plumbing work was needed than first expected, they still stayed with the original price they quoted, which meant a lot to me. roman and cory worked hard, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done right. In Carson City, it is great to find a plumbing crew that shows up, communicates well, and stands behind their work. The best word to describe them is integrity. i will use them for the rest of my life for any plumbing, sewer, or drain work they can do for me. They are dependable, fair, and the kind of plumbers people can truly count on. I am a customer for life.
i’m very happy with the water heater replacement from Travis & Sons Plumbing. ezekiel, who handled the estimate, was patient and quick to respond, and he answered all my questions clearly within a day or two. We called for a plumbing service and I was really impressed by how quickly they could fit us in. Since it was not an emergency, I chose the next morning, and a little after 8am there was a knock at the door. About 45 minutes later, the plumbing problem was fixed. The technician, Roman, made a real effort to keep everything clean and even wiped up the small spots left behind, including a few I made while trying to handle the leak myself. He was polite, efficient, and easy to work with. Their contact info is now on my fridge and saved in my phone. They are definitely my go-to plumbers in Carson City for fast, clean, and reliable service.
