I called today and spoke to Costumer service who said all their technicians were busy and referred me to a local dealer. Not 5 minutes later I received a call back and spoke to Jeff. Let’s just say I’m a convert. The information and advice he gave me was not only inline with all my research but also extremely helpful. Not only did he solve my problem, he also gave me great advice on adding a thermostat or not. I’m absolutely blown away by Jeff’s desire to go the extra mile! I’ll be replacing the other stoves we use with Thelin products. Thank you
I bought one of Thelin’s Gnome Potbelly stoves back in January of 2021, but was only able to get it installed in June; needless-to-say I really didn’t have the opportunity to fire it up until the weather changed…. Now in October out East, I finally had the opportunity to fire it up. Initially user error caused a very slight issue, so I decided to call the company. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the stove, the level of service they provided and I spoke with a very knowledgeable and courteous technician for over 20 minutes…just talking about the pellet stove, things to watch for, features it has, etc. Just a really nice and thoughtful conversation and as a consumer I really appreciate that. 5/5 for Thelin Hearth Products
