YES! YES! YES! Finally found an eye doctor that checks all the boxes! Friendly, on time, modern office, educated - truly cares for his patients! Super thankful and grateful to have stumbled upon this office. I would recommend to anyone who lives in Carson City!

Doc Palazzolo is solid and old school. He's been there\done that and knows how to understand and analyze what's important and keeps you well informed along the way. He doesn't waste your time or his, he goes straight to where there can be the best results, given your eye's health. This is not your commercialized volume-based provider, this is high quality results and really appreciate him and his staff. Really well done and having used sub par people in the past out of convenience, never again.

If I could give more stars I would! EXCELLENCE at its finest. Dr. Palazzolo was clear, concise, and educational. As someone who has zero knowledge in eyeballs, I was able to fully understand and interpret what was going on with my eyes. So much so, that I was able to explain it later on (without having to think twice or stumble over medical terminologies). He's a straight-shooter with an upbeat and friendly mannerism. I didn't feel like a chart number or that I was being up-sold. I'm glad I ignored all of the negative responses on here.
