I am happy with the staff, but disappointed because I called and called asking for writing discharge instructions on how to care for the biopsy with the stitches, I couldn't remember what the medical assistant told me verbally. Finally got to hold of someone who transferred me to the medical assistant, left a message and didn't got a call back, just want to make sure on how to care for it!
Well-oiled machine. From check-in to check-out, every smiling face is helpful, courteous and intelligent. The medical professionals that have treated my ailments knew exactly what to do for a positive outcome. After an in-office procedure, I left with 19 stitches. When it healed, there was no scar.
