He was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. We had an interesting conversation the whole time, which really helped put me at ease.

The nurses and staff were excellent—kind, caring, and efficient. The wait time was short, and I found the pricing to be very reasonable.

What also stood out to me was that Dr. Zumwalt is knowledgeable about history, current events, and what's going on in the world. It made for an enjoyable conversation, and I appreciated how personable he was.

“Once again, I am back to see one of my favorite doctors, Dr. Alan Tack. I have been a patient of Dr. Tack since moving to Northern Nevada. I had difficulty finding a dermatologist specializing in Mohs Surgery that would take my health insurance. My insurance company was the one that referred me to Dr. Tack. I wasn't expecting an insurance company's referral to be spot on. I couldn't be happier with the care given to me by Dr. Tack. Not only does he take his time explaining any concerns/procedures, but his surgical skills are impeccable. I have had 3 procedures done by him. “Dr. Rowe and his nurse Lynn are the absolute best at what they do. He doesn’t give up and will continue working until he gets all of the cancer out when he does your MOH surgery. He listens and is wonderful and once you heal you can’t see the scars. They are a great team and I will only go to Dr. Rowe when it comes to the MOH procedure. A+ always!“
