First time using Roper's HVAC. Great communication, Technician Robert, was cordial, knowledgable and completed all the testing in a timely fashion. He explained everything in detail including his results and assessment. I have used other HVAC companies and they almost always want to upsell some HVAC products, if not an entire system. Robert kept to the job and made no attempt to do so, he was only concerned about doing his job swiftly and correctly. One of the few companies that offers a bi-annual maintenance plan at a reasonable cost. Thank you
We have used Roper's H. and AC before and that is why we called them this time when our AC went out early evening.. Alex was here the next day as we agreed. He is polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a learning process for my husband as well as a motor for our very old unit. We can't thank you enough.
