Our A/C wasn't working in an area of our offices. They provided fast response time, a knowledgeable & professional technician, with a successful resolution to our issue. Recommend.
On 5/05/25 I called Roper's to service my 25 year old system. The tech told me it was going to fail soon. I called Roper's on Tuesday8/12/25 my A/C failed. They sent a tech out with in one hour. He did his job. The office staff did there job. Wednesday 8/13/25 I gave them my check. Friday 8/15/25 in the afternoon I had my new A/C Heater system in place and a very cool house. If you need help as I did call Roper's. Thank You all for the great service and quality products.
We are so grateful for Roper's- when our A/C went down just a couple days before the 4th holiday weekend, they were out the next day! The gentleman who came out was polite and helpful, got right to work and had us back up and running with in an hour. With no extra charge for getting out so quickly!
We highly recommend calling Roper's, and we will call them again in the future with any of our HVAC needs.
