M&R built our Marla Bay house to very high standards--on time and on budget. A showplace with little to no issues. Firm was very responsive to fixes here and there and continue to check in with us 4 years later. This house is solid with no issues...would definitely hire M&R for the next one.

Run!!!! As far as your wallet can take you. The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with! To start They did not carry correct insurance. The home was millions of dollars and was greatly over budget,and it was bait and switch throughout the whole project from the very beginning. They have a group of subs that work specifically with them and help to conceal the application of inappropriate building materials. Our home was missing waterproofing below grade and began to leak immediately. Needless to say we became very sick from black mold. This is only one of over 400 items on a list of unfinished, inappropriate, and building code violations. The books were questionable... read full review
