I have had good facials in NYC, Los Angeles, and Seattle but those pale in comparison to Mahira's at LaNova. Mahira is gentle, thorough, relaxing, and an expert. My skin feels deeply cleansed, noticeably softer, and well-hydrated. Mahira creates a calm, focused, and soothing environment that is pampering and restorative. A sensational facial by Mahira is a special treat. I will be back!!

No matter what beauty/health treatment you are having done, walking into this shop is a spa treatment for your senses. Smells divine ( in a natural, plant-based essential oils kind of way). They always offer me a welcome beverage and a health bar snack. Everyone is at the top of their field but I make sure to go quarterly so Laura can refresh my curls. No one has ever made my hair look so fabulous. The plant based products from European "Oway" line works wonders, but the great smell is something you can't find anywhere else. I feel really indulgent using this stuff. Ahhh bliss

I got my mom a 90 min facial from Mahira. My mom was ranting and raving about how lovely the whole experience was. I made sure to speak with her about my mom not needing to worry about payment and she made it easy for me to setup and have my mom taken care of. My mom loved it so much, she has booked another appt.
