I had taken my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for 2 RECALLS and an ENGINE LIGHT problem. Nick had been handling the paperwork involved. I would suggest to anybody that has car issues to NEVER allow this dealership to work on there vehicle. Just to diagnosis the ENGINE SENSORY LIGHT they raked me over the coals with $190.00. Nick provided me a quote for a Gasket, Spark Plugs and an Oil change. Do you know what he wanted for this service. $1110.00. Really, INSANITY. I decided to take my car elsewhere since I knew I was being taken advantage of. Do you like being lied to? Do you like paying huge amounts of money to fix cheap plastic parts? Do you like a factory warranty that does not cover anything? Then Hyundia is the brand for you. Every bad review here is absolutely correct. They will over charge and screw you over every chance they get. Service manager at Carson is a snake as far as I can tell. I too, took the car to another mechanic after a huge repair estimate from him where he said it was a road hazard condition. He lied. Factory defect and I had no options to fight with manufacturer. I wish I would have looked here before going to them. I will never go back and I hope nobody else has the same problem...read full review

Every time I book an appointment to get my oil change, carrotation etc.. I'm waiting longer than an hour. This is the third time I've come in here and it's been either a 2 hour wait, or a 4 hour wait like my last visit. No point in making an appointment anymore when it takes forever anyway. I would not recommend this place to anyone again.
